Shipping Policy

We offer free and hassle-free standard 1-5 day shipping on all orders within the Continental United States. We only offer standard shipping at this time for all products. This means delivery within 5 business days of ordering. Please be aware that the major shipping agencies we use, UPS and FedEx, count business days as Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before 3:00 pm CST are usually shipped out the same-day. Within 24 hours of shipment, you will be emailed your shipment confirmation. In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order fulfilment, you'll be contacted by phone or email within 24 business hours.

Sales Tax

We don't charge sales tax to anyone living in the United States, in any state. You'll never have to worry about this when shopping with us.

Return Policy

We offer a no-hassle 30 day return policy for all purchases, and no restocking fees for items returned in brand new and re-sellable condition. If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us and request an individual RA number and return shipping address. Please do not return merchandise without requesting an RA number or verifying the shipping address. Doing either of these will result in significant delays in processing your return. Specifics regarding various return types are listed below:

Returns for a Refund

Products returned for a refund must be in brand new and re-sellable condition, and contain all original parts and packaging. All products in brand new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

While PetParentsBrand.com ensures delivery of new products, any issues arising after the first use are covered by their respected manufacturer and their specific warranties. All product packaging must be in good condition and can contain no writing on the outside of the package. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund. For larger items the customer is responsible for properly packaging and insuring returned shipments as we are unable to accept returns that are damaged.

 

Defective Products

Replacement inquiries must be made within 14 days of receiving the defective product. While PetParentsBrand.com ensures delivery of new products, any issues arising after the first use are covered by their respected manufacturer and their specific warranties, regardless of the time period.

Shipping Mistakes and Shipping Damage

In the event that we send you an incorrect product, or fail to ship your entire order, we will swiftly remedy the mistake at no cost to you. Additionally, we will work with you in the event your item is damaged by a freight company to quickly get you a replacement at no cost to you.
