At Pet Parents® we're fanatically all about customer service and we strongly care about our fellow pet parents and their pets and so our policies reflect us being customer oriented as you can see below:
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy very seriously and will not sell or distribute your personal information to any commercial third parties other than those required to process your order.
Shipping Policy
We offer FREE 3 day shipping on all orders within the Continental United States. This means delivery within 3 business days of ordering. Please be aware that the major shipping agencies we use, USPS, UPS and FedEx, count business days as Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before 3:00 pm CST are usually shipped out the same-day. Within 24 hours of shipment, you will be emailed your shipment confirmation. In the unlikely event, there is a problem with your order fulfillment, you'll be contacted by phone or email within 24 business hours.

Return Policy
We offer a no-hassle 30 day return policy for all purchases, and no restocking fees for items returned in brand new and re-sellable condition. If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us and request an individual RA number and return shipping address. Please do not return merchandise without requesting an RA number or verifying the shipping address. Doing either of these will result in significant delays in processing your return. Specifics regarding various return types are listed below:
Returns for a Refund
Products returned for a refund must be in brand new and re-sellable condition, and contain all original tags and packaging. All products in brand new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Returns for an Exchange
Like humans, dogs and cats come in all kinds of shapes and sizes. So, sizing issues do arise. We do allow exchanges. If for whatever reason your dog diaper, cat diaper, or dog wrap does not fit your furbaby, no worries, contact us for an exchange.

We strongly encourage fellow pet parents to utilize our sizing guides listed on our site and measure their furbabies before ordering to prevent sizing issues and the need for returns/exchanges. To measure, use a tailor tape measure, because it's "flexible" itll allow you to accurately measure your furbaby's waist. Measure them in front of their back legs. If you dont have a tailor tape measure, you can also find some yarn/string, roll some out, wrap it around your furbaby's tummy (in front of their back legs) and then measure that amount of string with a regular tape measure.

We do not pay for return shipping

All product packaging must be in good condition and can contain no writing on the outside of the package. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for properly packaging and ensuring returned shipments as we are unable to accept returns that are damaged.

Defective Products
Replacement inquiries must be made within 14 days of receiving the defective product.
Shipping Mistakes and Shipping Damage
In the event that we send you an incorrect product, or fail to ship your entire order, we will swiftly remedy the mistake at no cost to you.
