Covered, No Matter What (Almost).
Life with furbabies gets messy—we get it. That’s why, beyond our standard 1-year warranty, we offer our Repair or Replace program for life’s oops moments. Chewing, tug-of-war, critters, accidents, even normal wear and tear—your product’s still covered (just not Consumables, e.g. Gnawtlers®, Pet WiPees™, or SoftSupps®). Need a fix? We’ll repair or replace it for a small fee.
How to Make a Claim?
Fill out the Make a Claim form and please make sure to include all information and as many photos as possible.
Wait to be contacted by one of our claims specialists.
We will repair or replace the product for a nominal fee (see below). If the product is replaced we will replace the exact same size/color/version/pack/set of the original product. We do constantly improve our products so the replacement may be slightly different than your original product.
Your repaired or replaced product will be sent back within 3 working days + shipping time. We will ship back via UPS, Fedex, or USPS and charge you $5 for shipping.
