Coverage
What is covered by the Pet Parents® Warranty?
Manufacturer’s defects caused by poor craftsmanship or defective materials when purchased through authorized Pet Parents® partners. We stand behind our products and will replace your product FREE of charge within 1 year of your purchase date.
What is not covered the Pet Parents® Warranty?
All products, except consumable products, e.g. Gnawtlers®, SoftSupps®, PetTergent®, and Pet WiPees® are warrantied against manufacturing defects when purchased through an authorized partner. If your Pet Parents® product is damaged in the course of normal (or abnormal) wear and tear, you may not qualify for our warranty replacement, but we do offer a complete Repair or Replacement Programs for a nominal fee.
How it works
How does the Pet Parents® Warranty works?
First, register your product for our warranty.
Next, fill out the Warranty Claim Form which requires pictures showing the defect and we'll take a look. If the claim meets our guidelines, we will send you a replacement product free of charge. US and Canada only.

Repair or Replace Programs & Warranty Claims
Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse, accident, critters, or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time can be repaired or replaced for a nominal fee.
